Here, you'll learn how to leverage the Inbox feature to enhance your customer engagement on WhatsApp. Though it might seem straightforward, it holds the power to revolutionize customer engagement and create unforgettable customer experiences.

Accessing the Inbox

Accessing the Inbox is easy—simply open your Kiosk App and click on the Inbox Icon in the sidebar.

In your Inbox, you'll find every message sent or received on your account. Messages sent from campaigns will be categorized under the "Done" mark and will transition to "Open" once you receive a reply.

Managing Conversations

At Kiosk, we integrate seamlessly with WhatsApp's API to enhance your messaging experience. Our Inbox feature is designed to offer a view of all your customer interactions, whether they are manually initiated or part of a campaign.

You can track every exchange with customers, including scenario interactions, and revisit or reactivate conversations.
By linking accounts like HubSpot's, you'll also find contact information and have the option to link conversations to existing contacts in your CRM.


While we're continually improving and adding features, here's what you can do today with the Inbox:

  • Manage conversations within the Inbox by assigning them to specific team members. Learn how to invite teammates here.

  • Organize and prioritize conversations using the "Open" and "Done" markers at your own pace.
