🌟 Congratulations on setting up your Kiosk account! You're now poised to transform customer engagement through the power of Kiosk and WhatsApp.
This guide will walk you through the quick technical setup steps to ensure you're fully equipped to harness the capabilities of our platform.

βœ… Fill Out Your WhatsApp Account

The first step in your Kiosk journey is to Customise your WhatsApp profile - the profile that customers will talk to on WhatsApp.

You can change your account name, profile picture, description, category and contact information.

To do so, go in the Kiosk settings and access the WhatsApp profile section (it will redirect you to the Meta Business Manager).

🀝 Invite teammates

Inviting teammates will allow you to benefit from the team inbox and manage conversations as a team. You can assign conversations to members of you team or mark them as "Done" for streamlined workflow.

You can access this page through the Kiosk settings.

πŸ’Έ Setup your Payment Method

Third step is to setup a payment Method. This will be used to cover WhatsApp messaging Fees (learn more about WhatsApp API messaging Fees here).

To do so, go in the Kiosk settings and access the WhatsApp billing section (it will redirect you to the Meta Business Manager).

Make sure to add the payment method to the WhatsApp Business Account. You can use one of the existing credit card registered on your Business Manager.

Linking your accounts through the Integrations settings will allow you to sync WhatsApp conversations and HubSpot or Klaviyo contacts, run automations from Zapier, and send campaigns to specific lists.
