  1. Select Your Audience: Connect your HubSpot or Klaviyo account to Kiosk to access your audience data. Choose the segment you want to target with your campaign, ensuring that your message resonates with the right people.

  2. Choose or create your template: Select a pre-designed template from your library or create a new one that aligns with your campaign goals and branding. Customise the variables with contact information from HubSpot, Klaviyo or other integrated tools.

  3. Schedule your campaign: Timing is key! Choose the best timing for your campaign to ensure maximum impact. It depends on your target audience but remember that a phone notification is powerful, so keep opening hours in mind!

  4. Select a name and launch!

  5. Monitor performance: Once your campaign is live, you can keep a close eye on its performance using analytics. Keep track of responses and measure how effective your campaign has been.

  6. Engage with your customers (optional): And don't forget to engage with any responses or inquiries promptly to nurture those valuable customer connections. Once the messages have been sent, you'll be able to find them in the Inbox under the class "Done". They will be back in your "Open" Inbox once you get a reply!
