Send WhatsApp messages in HubSpot Workflows
Kiosk Allows you to send WhatsApp template messages directly in HubSpot workflows. You can also personalise these messages with all HubSpot tokens.
To do so, you will need to create a template message.
See how to create template messages here.
In Kiosk, access the template tab and click “create a new template”.
You will then be prompted with our template creation tool !
Now, in a HubSpot workflow, select the Kiosk Integration.
You should see something like this. On the left side, enter:
The template language
The template name
The variables (coma separated). Here you can use all custom attributes in HubSpot, like the first name or contact owner !
Log WhatsApp messages on HubSpot Contacts and Deals
Once a contact is linked between Kiosk and HubSpot, WhatsApp messages sent through Kiosk will be visible on HubSpot contacts and deals. By default, we display every messages on a specific contacts and all associated deals.

Open the conversation in Kiosk with our Kiosk contact card
How to enable this feature
Select Filter activity (1) and enable Kiosk under integrations (2).

Once Kiosk and HubSpot are linked, you can see all details on a contact and a deal on the right side of the screen (1).
If no HubSpot contact is found with similar information, you can create a new contact or search and manually match an existing one.
You can also use this tab to directly open the contact in HubSpot.
Send a campaign to a HubSpot list
In the campaigns tab, you can instantly send a WhatsApp template message to a list of HubSpot recipients.
Start by creating a new campaign in the campaigns tab.
Then, craft your campaign by:
Choosing your Audience. Use an existing Hubspot list or create a new one.
Choose your content. Use an existing template or create a new one.
Map variables, to personalise with a first name for example.
