Step 1: Connect Your Shopify Store
If it's not already done, you'll need to connect your Shopify store to Kiosk.
How to Connect:
Head over to the Integrations section in Kiosk.
Look for the Shopify card.
Click on "Connect":
Type in your Shopify store domain (e.g., "myshop.myshopify.com").
Just follow the steps, and youâre all set!
Once your store is connected, youâre ready to roll with the Post-Purchase Opt-In Flow.
Step 2: Using the Post-Purchase Opt-In Template
Now, letâs get that automation up and running.
Navigate to the Automations section in Kiosk.
Choose the Post-Purchase Opt-In Template. This duplicates the automation setup and gets you started.
How It Works
You're in the flow builder. Here you can build all the steps of the experience your contacts will go through.
First Block:
Trigger: The flow will be triggered each time an order is created. Contacts will enroll the flow, receiving the first message and their path will depend on the buttons they choose to click.
Confirmation Message: Start with a confirmation message. Include a button with enticing wording to encourage contacts to opt in.
Second Block:
Opt-in wording: In the second message you clearly mention what the whatsapp club is about and you collect opt-in in compliance with the regulations.
Opt-In Options: Provide two buttons and add the opt-in status node to automatically opt-in or out contacts.
Button A: Opt-in.
Button B: Opt-out.
Final Step:
Send a confirmation message based on their choice.
